Football on a floodlit stadium pitch at night, ready for online casino sports betting.

BK8.io is the crypto casino from BK8, and football has been the largest single part of BK8's sponsorship history, spanning nine clubs across two countries, although none of those deals is confirmed as current. The sections below set out each club's deal one at a time, followed by a summary table with every partnership title, announcement date, the seasons it covered and its status in one place.

Premier League and Championship clubs

BK8 became Aston Villa's Principal and Front of Shirt Partner under a three-year deal announced on 22 June 2023, with the brand appearing on the front of all three of Villa's kits for the 2023/24 season. The agreement included a charity element: a portion of the proceeds from adult third-shirt sales went to a Birmingham charity, and the deal also covered brand activations and advertising at Villa Park, with some of those advertising assets set aside for charitable organisations across the season. The deal did not run its announced course: on 23 April 2024 the club named Betano as its front-of-shirt partner from the 2024/25 season, and SportsPro reported that Betano would replace BK8, so the partnership is listed here as ended after one season. Aston Villa plays in the Premier League, and bk8.io still shows the club's badge in its partners strip at the time of writing.

BK8 became Burnley's Official Training Wear Partner in August 2022, covering both the men's and women's teams, and renewed that partnership in July 2023 for the following season. Alongside training wear branding, the deal included LED signage at Turf Moor and support for Burnley FC in the Community. Burnley have played in both the Premier League and the Championship since the original deal was signed. No renewal has been announced since July 2023, so the partnership is listed here as ended after the 2023/24 season, although bk8.io still shows the club's badge in its partners strip at the time of writing.

BK8 was announced as Crystal Palace's "Official Asian Betting Sponsor" for the 2022/23 Premier League season, in a deal confirmed on 8 August 2022. It included LED advertising at Palace's home fixtures and support for a programme helping young people from under-represented backgrounds in south London find work in football and beyond. The deal covered a single season and no renewal has been announced since, so it is listed here as past, although bk8.io still shows the club's badge in its partners strip at the time of writing.

BK8 first signed with Huddersfield Town as a global betting partner in December 2021, covering the rest of that season. The partnership was renewed in August 2022 for the 2022/23 Championship season and extended to include shirt sponsorship of the club's women's team, alongside support for the Her Game Too campaign, which was created by female football fans to encourage wider participation in the game. No renewal has been announced since August 2022, so the partnership is listed here as ended after the 2022/23 season, although bk8.io still shows the club's badge in its partners strip at the time of writing.

LaLiga clubs

BK8 became "Official Asian Betting Partner" of five LaLiga clubs together, in a set of deals announced on 17 August 2021 for the 2021/22 season. Trade press reporting at the time noted that the deal came "in continuation to the Spanish government introducing new laws restricting gambling sponsorship in sport", with Spanish clubs limited to overseas betting deals after several LaLiga sides were ordered to cancel domestic betting sponsorships the previous year; these five agreements covered marketing aimed at Asia rather than a domestic shirt or stadium deal. The deals gave BK8 branding across each club's own digital and social channels for audiences in Asia, promotional activities involving players from all five clubs over the season, and virtual perimeter advertising rights in the region. The agreements covered the 2021/22 season only and no renewal has been announced since, so all five are listed here as past partnerships, although bk8.io still shows every one of the five badges in its partners strip at the time of writing.

Valencia CF was one of the five clubs in the August 2021 agreement, carrying BK8 branding across the club's digital and social channels aimed at audiences in Asia for the 2021/22 season.

Athletic Club, based in Bilbao, joined the same August 2021 agreement as "Official Asian Betting Partner", covering the 2021/22 LaLiga season alongside the other four clubs.

Villarreal CF was also part of the five-club deal announced in August 2021, holding the same title for the 2021/22 season.

Elche CF, then playing in LaLiga, signed the same August 2021 agreement, with BK8 branding running across its social and digital channels for the 2021/22 season.

RCD Mallorca completed the group of five clubs in the August 2021 agreement, holding the "Official Asian Betting Partner" title for the 2021/22 season alongside the other four.

Every row above uses the term, title and date the club or the relevant trade press reported at the time, and the status column records what has been announced since: one deal ended early when the club appointed a different shirt sponsor, and the rest simply reached the end of the season they covered with no renewal announced. None is presented as continuing unless a source from the past year says so directly, which is why the table gives seasons and a status rather than an open-ended "current partner" label. The wider sponsorship picture, including the MotoGP and badminton deals, sits on the sponsorships page, and the same clubs' matches sit alongside other markets in the sportsbook.

Each deal has a longer explainer with its announcement date and terms: the Aston Villa and Burnley partnerships, the Crystal Palace and Huddersfield Town partnerships, and the five LaLiga club partnerships.
